Who we are

What we collect
When you request early access, we store what you type into the form: your email, company, a description of your product, your answers about Sage 50, any notes, and whether you'd like to be a founding partner. We also store the date and the country your request came from, which our hosting provider supplies.
Why
To reply to your request, arrange early access, and understand how many teams need a Sage 50 API. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked us to get in touch. We don't sell your details or add you to unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores form submissions.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
This site doesn't use analytics or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until early access ends, or 12 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first. We'll delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@daybookapi.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
